Virtual Run Coaching
Whether your goal is to run a 5K, a half-marathon, or increasing speed with your current favorite race, the program can accommodate your goal. With the online program you will be given a weekly training schedule. This schedule will be adapted based on individual progress. The training will include weekly runs, a long run, and will include a day of speed work. We will also have monthly challenges as part of the program. You will have access to coaching via email, text message, and phone. Stretching and nutritional guidance will be provided through-out the program.
